Sales Technician

About the role:

We are now looking for an engaged person who wants to grow with us! Here, you will work in a relatively new but passionate team consisting of four employees, in addition to yourself. We actively work in the field in Stockholm, which means you will be working from home.

In the role of Sales Technician, you will be offered a mix of the roles of field salesperson and security technician. The role involves working in the field, where the main purpose is to create new customers with a focus on high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes booking meetings, conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs, and installing. In addition, you will also handle upgrades and service cases for existing customers, where the goal is to build good relationships and create high customer satisfaction. Relationships and customer satisfaction are crucial for creating opportunities for upselling and gathering recommendations that lead to more new customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for a results-oriented and customer-focused person with a technical interest. You should have a passion for sales and a strong drive to learn new things and achieve high results. Previous sales experience is a plus.

We provide all the tools for you to succeed in this role, provided you have the right drive. This includes both sales training and technical training.

Mandatory requirements for the position:

• Driver's license B
• Attractive working hours Thursday 10-19 and Friday 08-17
• Clear of any remarks in the criminal record & credit report
